The Electronics and Communication Department is affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Electronics has brought revolution in modern industries. It is the backbone in miniaturizing the present day tools, gadgets with intelligence to produce highly talented, well-trained engineers. The department was started in the year 1997. The Department is running B.E course with the intake of 60.The Department has at its disposal well equipped labs to provide hands on experience and to realize the practical aspect of theory learned. The department has well qualified and experienced faculty members, who have expertise in various areas like VLSI, Embedded systems, Communication Engineering, Optical Fiber Communication, DSP, Digital Electronics, Power Electronics etc. The department has best infrastructure and is continuously upgrading to meet the changing trends in technology and growing strength of students. Department has seven well equipped laboratories with latest hardware and Software technologies. The department has procured the latest State –of the –Art tools for R&D activities.
